To attract positive things deliberately into your life, you need to first identify what it is you want, focus on it, and then allow it to come into your life. 

Attracting What You Don't Want?


If you are always thinking about those things or those people that irritate you, then you may be unconsciously attracting those things into your life. 

It is easy to get caught up in the trap of always thinking about those things that you don’t want, and it takes a real shift in your thinking to focus on those things that you do want. 

The first step is to identify those things that you really want and prioritise them in order of need. 

The next step involves focusing on those things that you are trying to draw into your life by either talking about them, visualising them or thinking about them as much as you can. 

This creates both positive energy and positive vibrations. 

Finally, you must learn to allow good things into your life because if you don’t feel you deserve good things, then good things will not come to you. 

When you allow something into your life, you are not giving it any negative attention. 

You embrace the thought or the idea knowing that you deserve it and you will achieve it. 

When you are clear on what you want and you feel, behave and know that the object of your desire is already yours, you create a powerful energy. 

When you boldly ask the universe for that which you desire, you become open to receiving it. 

Last, but not least, you must release this desire out into the world. You must let it go because holding on too tightly could work against you. 

Simplicity is Key


The Law of Attraction is really quite simple. 

If you want to manifest something or attract something into your life, you must begin focusing on it and believing in it. 

You must also truly feel you deserve it with your whole heart, mind, and soul. 

When you get to this sweet spot, your life will change right before your very eyes. 

The hard part is deciding to stop focusing on the negative, no matter what.
